You agree to use the store lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, copy, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the store, checkout, payment systems, customer accounts, Shopify Inbox, or related services.

We try to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, prices, images, categories, variants, availability, shipping estimates, and other details. Errors may occur. We may correct errors, update listings, change pricing, cancel orders, refuse orders, limit quantities, or issue refunds when information is inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, restricted, or suspected of fraud.

Products must be used only as intended and according to any instructions, warnings, manuals, labels, compatibility notes, age guidance, or manufacturer guidance. We are not responsible for misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, unsafe use, or failure to follow instructions.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our No Returns and Refund Policy. We do not accept buyer-remorse returns or exchanges at launch. Do not send products back to the sender, supplier, package address, carrier address, or any address found online.

Damaged, defective, wrong, missing, unshipped, or materially inaccurate orders should be reported through Shopify Inbox so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution where required or approved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, delivery delays, business interruption, product misuse, or third-party service issues.
