For faster help, include your order number, email used at checkout, product name, clear description of the issue, photos or videos for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, and tracking number if available.
Typical response time is 1 to 2 business days. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, launches, supplier delays, shipping events, or high support volume.
Do not send products to any address. We are starting with a no-return model and do not accept buyer-remorse returns or exchanges. We do not publish or use a personal home address for returns. If an item is damaged, defective, wrong, missing, unshipped, or materially different from the listing, contact support through Shopify Inbox so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution where required or approved.
